
Gordon Gray
Gordon has known and worked with Nathan for a number of years. His career began in 1996 at the 5 star Gleneagles hotel. 2 years working for Nick Nairn in Glasgow, then a further 2 years at Langdon Hall Hotel, a Relais and Châteaux hotel in Canada brought him to the Vineyard at Stockcross as pastry chef.
After a brief Spell at Michael Caines at the Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter and a year travelling Australia and Asia Gordon joined Nathan again at St Ervan Manor and has been by his side ever since.
